Fast-track sites is a scheduling technique that can be used to reduce the overall duration of projects by overlapping tasks that on a traditional contract would not be commenced until the previous task was completed.

Advantages of Fast Track Sites

• No need of Digging or below surface foundation. Concrete Foundation/Blocks and counter weight are used to erect Tower.
• It can be erected in very fast time as pre mold cast are used, hence also known as Fast Track sites
• Can be used for long term placement when infrastructure consideration prevents building a permanent site at that location.
• Can be deployed in areas where owner ship issues are there and can be moved to another site by dismantling tower and foundation Blocks.
• Same foundation Blocks can be moved and can use same at the new site.
